The government has decided to increase the prices of 90-octane gasoline and diesel by one piaster per liter, and 95-octane gasoline by 1.5 piasters, while maintaining the prices of kerosene and gas cylinders for the month of March 2026.

The decision takes effect as of March 1st, making the official rates at gas stations as follows:

• 90-Octane Gasoline: 82 piasters per liter (820 fils).
• 95-Octane Gasoline: 105 piasters per liter (1,050 fils).
• Diesel: 65.5 piasters per liter (655 fils).
• Kerosene: Price fixed at 55 piasters per liter (550 fils).
• Domestic Gas Cylinders: Price fixed at 7 JDs per cylinder.

This decision followed a review by the Fuel Pricing Committee of global prices during the past month of February, which witnessed a slight increase that was reflected in the new local tariff.
