The management of the Special Operations Forces Exhibition & Conference (SOFEX Jordan) has selected Dooz as the exclusive organizer of the automotive pavilion at SOFEX 2026, held at the Aqaba International Exhibition & Convention Centre (AIECC) from October 27–29, 2026, under the High Royal Patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein.
Under this mandate, Dooz will manage the entire pavilion on behalf of car dealerships in Jordan: space planning, stand design and execution, and marketing sponsorship packages.
What is SOFEX?
SOFEX (Special Operations Forces Exhibition and Conference) is the international exhibition and conference for special operations equipment and national security, launched in 1996 and held every two years in Jordan under the organization of the Jordanian Armed Forces and Royal Patronage. Its permanent venue today is in Aqaba, and it stands as the region's leading platform bringing together manufacturers and defense and security procurement bodies.
SOFEX 2026 Dates
The program for this edition opens with the Middle East Special Operations Commanders Conference (MESOC) on October 26, 2026, followed by the main exhibition from October 27–29, 2026. Both events take place at the Aqaba International Exhibition & Convention Centre (AIECC).
According to a Global Defense Insight report, this edition includes several additions: MESOC opening to a wider audience for the first time, an expanded exhibition space within AIECC, a dedicated cybersecurity zone, and a digital matchmaking program connecting exhibitors with buyers.
